Effective June 9, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Sea Shine (29399 US Highway 19 N STE 150, Clearwater, Florida 33761) and govern your use of seashineproducts.com and any purchase from it. By using the site you accept them.

Use of the site

Use the site lawfully and don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. All content, product names, and branding are owned by Sea Shine and may not be reused without permission.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We work hard to keep pricing and product information accurate, but if we discover an error affecting your order we may correct it and offer you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We may limit quantities or refuse orders that appear fraudulent or intended for unauthorized resale.

Shipping, returns & guarantee

Shipping terms and our 30-Day Make-It-Right Guarantee are described on the Shipping & Returns page and are part of these terms.

Product use & safety

Always follow the directions and safety information on each product label, including dilution, dwell time, and surface guidance. Spot-test delicate or specialty finishes first. Keep products out of reach of children. Our products are intended for marine and household detailing use only.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Except for the express guarantee above, the site and products are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Results vary with surface condition, preparation, and exposure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders renew on the cadence shown at checkout at the discounted price. You can skip a delivery or cancel anytime before a renewal processes — from your account once customer accounts launch, or by emailing help@seashineproducts.com.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
